Camp Information: This five day camp is designed for improvements in 'Explosive Speed & Offensive Attack'. Main Focus will be on different acceleration techniques and open ice crossover speed. Thursday August 8th is a 1h stickhandling & shooting clinic to improve various shooting and goal scoring techniques. Small Area game and/or Battle Drills will be ran throughout the week. The 2010/2011 group will also have some body contact and hitting drills implemented throughout the week. Each day with the exception of Thursday consists of a 2 hour on ice session, with a 10 minute zamboni break in the middle. Thursday will be a 1 hour session.
